This was exactly what I needed for myself and for others. I appreciate that this meditation, like all your sessions, is heartfelt, grounded, direct and pithy. It never feels like a script being read. As a teacher, I admire this skill and hope to carry this into my new year. I was able to add quite a few images of my childhood “selves” into my heart. That is a great skill.
