Keep it simple and stick to the classics poses that will surely bring your energy up and get you out of a funk. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 strap
First yoga class in literal years and it was exactly what I needed. Fun and refreshing. The slower pace allowed me time to refocus on my breath and on enjoying the flow and not just hitting the poses, as a formally semi-advanced practitioner just getting back into it.
Not really a level 2 class, more of a level one. A lot of talking and awkward cueing of poses made the sequences hard to get into and enjoy. I wouldn't recommend this class.
Nice simple practice. I had just gotten over a cold and hadn't moved for a week, it got me back into moving again and getting in touch with my body and breathe. thank you.
Thank you for definitely a feel good practice. It was just what I needed!
Very nice easy practice that can be level 1 or can be quite advanced depending upon your approach - Laura introduces many subtleties.
I agree with the other comments. More of a level 1 class and slow pace for a flow Level 2.
So much talking and the instructions still managed to be convoluted and unclear.
Love the YW programs but I was disappointed with this class. It should be a Level 1 for sure. It's pace is slow, the work involved minimal (no sweat will be broken) and didn't feel like a cohesive way to spend 20 minutes. Keep at it and refine this one some more.
Felt awesome after these simple poses-just what I needed!
Thank you, Laura!
Very few, simple poses. Definitely should be listed as a level 1!
This is definitely a level 1 class not level 2. I finished the class thinking that I really didn’t get enough out of it thinking that as level 2 it would be slightly more challenging even if it was a feel good practice. Would be great if you’re level 1 or looking for something VERY easy.
Thank you Laura. Wonderful class.
This was a very nice mellow class. Perfect when you need a little pick me up. Or if you need a short beginner class. Instructor has a beautiful relaxing voice and very positive attitude.
If you are looking for a short, easy class, this would be nice. This came up for me when I searched for vinyasa but there weren't any flows.
It has been a while since I started my practice again. This was a great restart, Laura thank you. I liked your style and voice and found myself so happy I came back. Its part of my favorites.
It was a short sweet practice, I needed some energy to pick me up in my afternoon drag and it did just that. Sometimes you need a simple practice to refocus your day. I can't believe the negative comments on this video, I am a yoga teacher and sometimes to be vulnerable enough to teach is hard enough, we don't need the negative comments as well. I appreciate you sharing with the community.
This was my very first time doing yoga again 6 months after knee surgery. I could cry of happiness. It was a perfect session for what I needed. I’ll be doing this regularly until I can advance to something harder.
I really enjoyed Laura's class. I like the way she explains things and most of all reminded me to smile and breathe.
Perfect for what I needed for a Monday. I will be following her no matter what level it is assigned. Nice to hear positivity!
I was exhausted. This class gave me just the relaxation, pleasure and strech I needed. Inner balance. Merci!
ely needed to practice a little more before recording this video....it felt to much like an unexperienced teacher, but I know she is better than this...I would re record it
This should be a level one class. It was a basic class although she could benefit from less talking and more clear instructions. She mentions to face her or the front of the classroom a couple of times but we are not in a classroom. She should stick to left and right, etc.
This is great for any momma of a toddler (2 yr old) that wants to get a quick morning stretch in during a 20 min. show or have your toddler hugging and stretching with you. : )
This was really great for my inner balance
I like the tips she gives (good alignment etc)
This is a fine class but it isn't level 2. It is level 1.
I love it!
This feels misnumbered because it's quite rudimentary overall. Fine but wouldn't do this again as I prefer more advanced methods.
This was okay, not likely to do again.
I do agree this is a Level 1 but appreciated Laura's positivity and encouraging approach.
this is pretty slow and I agree with others re level 1
Hard to find joy with this much jabbering
It was okay! Nice tree pose prep. Although I felt way too distracted by excessive talking of the teacher.
Short, easy class. Really a level one. I woke up tired and achy but still wanted some yoga. This was actually perfect for how i felt and what i needed at the moment. I added some twists and childs pose at the end and felt good.
I loved this class. Laura is wonderful at new, different and effective cues! I'll watch for more from her.
Very nice practice! Laura is great at giving cues so it's easy to follow at home. I personally didn't think there was too much talking. I think it might be more for level 1 though.
Save the pep talk and just give me the poses please
thank you for such simplicity but longing for this old school yoga practice
Way too much talking, especially for a short practice. And cues seemed much for level 1.
This well rounded sequence focuses on strengthening your lower body.
