First yoga class in literal years and it was exactly what I needed. Fun and refreshing. The slower pace allowed me time to refocus on my breath and on enjoying the flow and not just hitting the poses, as a formally semi-advanced practitioner just getting back into it.

Not really a level 2 class, more of a level one. A lot of talking and awkward cueing of poses made the sequences hard to get into and enjoy. I wouldn't recommend this class.

Love the YW programs but I was disappointed with this class. It should be a Level 1 for sure. It's pace is slow, the work involved minimal (no sweat will be broken) and didn't feel like a cohesive way to spend 20 minutes. Keep at it and refine this one some more.

This is definitely a level 1 class not level 2. I finished the class thinking that I really didn’t get enough out of it thinking that as level 2 it would be slightly more challenging even if it was a feel good practice. Would be great if you’re level 1 or looking for something VERY easy.

This was a very nice mellow class. Perfect when you need a little pick me up. Or if you need a short beginner class. Instructor has a beautiful relaxing voice and very positive attitude.

It was a short sweet practice, I needed some energy to pick me up in my afternoon drag and it did just that. Sometimes you need a simple practice to refocus your day. I can't believe the negative comments on this video, I am a yoga teacher and sometimes to be vulnerable enough to teach is hard enough, we don't need the negative comments as well. I appreciate you sharing with the community.

This should be a level one class. It was a basic class although she could benefit from less talking and more clear instructions. She mentions to face her or the front of the classroom a couple of times but we are not in a classroom. She should stick to left and right, etc.
