If you only have 30 minutes, this intermediate sequence gives you a little bit of everything you need to feel like you had a full practice.

This is a great sequence for yogi that have been practicing for a while. It is not a beginner class but a solid level 2. I was sweating towards the end of all the standing posts. Great instructor too!

The prior comments have always scared me off from this one, thinking it wouldn't be intense enough (I often do level 3s, but some days that takes me too close to injury). But, I finally did this and wished I hadn't waited so long. It's the Goldilocks zone: not too easy, not too intense -- just right! (If you're looking for a super-sweaty 1-hour style class, of course this will feel easy by comparison. If you're looking for a solid 30 minute class to stretch everything out and build some heat, this will probably be just right.)

Too hard for beginners!!!

The slow start is perfect for a practice first thing before the coffee brews or kids pounce. Fab well-rounded, condensed practice for those with not enough hours in the day.

I could have used some more intensity for what I was looking for today but agree that it was a good all around workout.

Liked it. Started off a bit slow but then was a very good well rounded practice with a bit of core and stretching at the end. Feels good.

This really was a little of everything. A quick and a bit challenging flow to start the day. My new favorite!

it really is a little bit of this and a little bit of that - combining great stretches with strength moves and nice finish. I did it in the evening and thought it was a perfect way to end the day.

I feel very energized, calm and happy after this practice, and it's just the right length for me on weekday mornings. Leaves me feeling like I got enough of a workout and stretch with a little bit of abs! 💙

Hi Alex!

I love your classes, but am ahaving a REALLY hard time with double pigeon as a cool down. I literally cannot do it. Even with blankets rolled up. It hurts my knees. What do you think about single pigeon, which is challenging for me still, but I'm able to maintain the pose for a bit?

This sequence felt perfectly balanced- just enough work to be challenging, but enough rest and stretch to be relaxing and centering. Thanks Alexandria!

Alternates between challenging resting poses. Great heat building for about 20 minutes followed by ab work and stretching.
