This was the perfect balance of lovely and challenging. I'm still first trimester and have a whole lot more energy than usual. I wanted a challenging practice where I wouldn't be tempted to push my limits too much, and this was fantastic!
I always love Patti's classes but this one felt a bit slow to me. Very thorough but could have flowed a bit more. Still a solid class though.
Love this class! There is enough of a flow to generate some heat, but everything is modified and perfectly paced so it never feels rushed and there is ample time to align and move with care.
Loved this sequence — great combination of the inward prenatal focus and the energy-building vinyasa practice. Patti is a true prenatal teacher, not just a vinyasa teacher modifying for pregnant mamas, and brings a lot of great knowledge and modifications to this class.
