I feel an inch longer
I love twists, don't be intimidated by the level 3. This was a slow paced flow with deep twists, most challenging pose is side crow. I feel phenomenal after.

I absolutely loved this flow a nice balance of strengthening, lengthening, and ease from one pose to the next. It is on the slow flow side but don't disregard as it is quite challenging and calming at the same time. Thank you so much!!
This class was the perfect amount of challenge with nothing too difficult (side crow was the peak pose). Loved the sequence.
