Feel better in your feet and ankles with this class that's designed with basketball players in mind, but is great for any athlete that uses a lot of running and jumping.

This is a great short practice and I always feel really open in my knees and ankles. As a former college athlete, I did a lot of damage to my knees and ankles and this practice is perfect to open up scar tissue and is a good offset for the more intense yoga practices. It is also really great when traveling because you can do this with a shower towel if you don't have your mat. Each time I do this practice I am amazed at the powerful impact in such a short timeframe. Thanks

I recently suffered an ankle injury and had discomfort while walking because my ankle was weakened. This class allowed me to strengthen and stabilize my ankle so it wasn't as prone to rolling.

This is a great class. Initially I thought the poses/stretches we were doing were too basic to be effective for me since I do variations of them regularly. WRONG. So wrong! The way she has this class set up is perfect. I finished feeling like I had brand new feet and ankles. They haven't felt so good in a long, long time. I highly recommend this for athletes or anyone who stands and walks a lot throughout the day.

Tip: if you have sensitive knees you should use a blanket for a couple of these poses.

I've been having a lot of discomfort in my feet and ankles after being on bed rest and having a baby. I think I just need to get them strong again. This felt amazing!
