I was liking the work being accomplished by this class because I struggle a lot with my shoulders. However, this video kept skipping. I’ve never experienced that on this website before, so I am left to assume that it was just this particular video. I do enjoy the class.
Step-by-step instructions are great to build the insights (and muscle memory) for a more advanced pose. One I can watch again to keep building my strength in Side Plank, a nemesis for me.
