I have done this sequence a couple of times now. It's just so great. Your words alone to close out practice are what makes this one of my favorites. Thank you, Mia!

Before chanting the first OM, I felt detached and fragmented. After chanting the final OM,
I noticed that my energy and my attitude had shifted.
It is nice to feel present in my body and to feel positive again
Thank you for a practice that revitalized me.

Such a well balanced class with all the basic poses integrated with the chakra work. Excellent pacing and sequencing. I miss taking Mias class on the west coast but her beautiful spirit shines through in video to provide calmness and peace. Only wish it was a 90 minute class...

I really like the pacing of this class. I believe in what Mia says that its important to pause and assimilate the practice, especially when you are opening such a delicate area as the Heart Center. Shes a lovely teacher, so passionate and genuine! I do wish though that we could be left in Savasana at the end instead of being brought back so quickly.
