A very good advanced study on arm balances as long as you like starting your class with repetitive core exercises and (essentially) pushups. I don't think crunches belong in yoga classes but I know other people like them, and this class was otherwise great.
As described, this class offers a really good shoulder girdle and core stability workout.

Loved this class, despite it only being 40 minutes I was sweating 5 minutes in and felt like a got a really strong workout. Great cues and explanation of proper alignment in the shoulder girdle even for people with a more advanced practice.
