This is a really great class to do when you feel sluggish and tired from the cold and darkness of winter days. Very opening for the upper back and shoulders but supportive and releasing for the lower back. The level of instruction is highly professional.

Agree that it doesn't quite feel like a Level 3 class, but LOVE Caley's instruction. Such simple but precise and intelligent cueing! Will definitely take more classes of hers.
Just found this teacher today, and I will do more of her classes. Challenging poses with releases afterward. There wasn't much flow but a nice sequence.
Slow, mellow, peppered with heat, and articulately-designed sequence. Exactly what I needed in the moment and definitely enjoyed.

Really wonderful practice. I loved everything about it. The unfolding of bends is ideal, the pacing optimal for processing and absorption (even on a mental level). Caley's guidance is secure, calm and steady. I lingere at the end to savor the feeling of cantering presence I derived from the practice. Would love to have Caley create more classes, maybe some twisting poses...
Great pace of instruction - works the upper body, back and lower body. Especially good for tight bodies...Caley love your classes and waiting for the new ones!

Loved this class! Caley is new to me but I look forward to more of her classes. A very unique and thoughtful approach to many of the poses, that I I'm excited to incorporate into my own teaching! <3
