I worked up a sweat, stretched out my upper backs and shoulders as well as my hips and hamstrings, good build up and cool down. All around a nice, opening, strong class!

Thank you David for this class - it reeaally got into the back muscles and those holds opened up my tight shoulders and hip flexors. I was also laughing the entire time during class - at the beginning it was refreshing but then your comedy moments became a bit too distracting especially during the more challenging holds. All in all, I appreciate you and your classes. Namaste!
