This class was a great change of pace from the traditional yoga classes that I am used to doing. I would recommend that anyone who does this class do a short warm up, because it gets intensely into pushups almost immediately. As someone who is used to doing classes on myyogaworks as an advanced level 2/low level 3, this was not particularly difficult, so if you are in a similar position and are looking for a hard workout, this is maybe not exactly what you are looking for. All that said, I did really enjoy the class, and the 30 minutes FLEW by.

This no equipment Barre class was awesome. HR really going after 1st class. Request more of these - please. Maeve is a great instructor too with just the right amount of encouragement, and clear instruction of muscle group isolation techniques.
