I haven practiced yoga this earl in the morning in a long time. I forgot how tight I am in he thighs. This practice is amazing for the am and/or for people that are tight. Melanie gives such great instructions and the notes she gives defiantly brings awareness to certain things that the body may naturally do, but are not beneficial. Great practice. 2 Thumbs up.
