If you want lots of flow, Sun A's and Sun B's, there are dozens of such classes. Mix it up folks. Anna is an excellent teacher. She will help your alignment. She will help you build a pose. And she will get you to the advanced postures you crave.

Although there were some elements you would find in a level 3, I felt the pacing and amount of slow explanations lent itself more to a level 2.

I was very disappointed. There was no flow except a sun B (barely) . No sun A. Forgot different sides and stuttered a lot. Her explanations were choppy and NO mention of being fearless except in the poses. I agree - bland at best. Maybe a C/D and boring. This was my hour of Yoga practice today and now I'd like to find time to do my own hour. I think Im canceling these videos. Very disappointed.

This class was not good. It seemed like the teacher did not plan for it and just went in and winged it. This is very surprising since all the other classes I have taken on the yogaworks site have been excellent. There was way to much instruction given before saying the name of each pose. I don't mind instruction, but put me in the pose first and then instruct me. Also I never warmed up my muscles so by the time I got to the two harder poses in the class my muscles where not warm enough to full do them.
