I love coming back to this class, and I'm someone who normally avoids using props! You really add insight and intensity to alignment, and I love your balance of strength and stretch in this class. I know there are lots more things to do with blankets and alignment (more twisty core work, sliding bridge, etc.), and I've seen you teach a few. Can we have a Blankets - Part 2?
By far my favorite teacher here at YogaWorks! I wish I could take his class every day! I am out of town, feeling sluggish and weak, so I checked in on YW and here was this class - EXACTLY what I needed to feel strong and like I worked out my whole body.
