Open up your back and find strength in your core with this challenging and fun class. Recommended props: 3 blocks, 1 bolster.

The positive first:
A strong hard class, if you keep up with the alterations of classic poses. Some real interesting alterations.

Negative: felt like wanting to change every pose 3 different ways, and I’ve been doing yoga 6 years and kept having to look up at the tv because every classic pose was altered 3 ways. I think if you had done some classic poses and thrown these in, it would be a better flow. I felt distracted focusing on my practice by trying to keep up with your alterations for every pose so I was kind of annoyed half way thru. I feel like if I did this class 3 times, I’d get the movement and it would be more enjoyable. I think also prop heavy to alterations it was just a lot. And most people don’t have 3 blocks at home.

Nice class, and unexpectedly challenging which creeps up on you like a fruit punch at a party. Not many people have 3 blocks at home, so that part doesn't work for the home in my opinion.

I found the pace and sequences to be challenging, in a good way. If you're moving slowly per Laura's instruction, you'll build heat in your core and back. While it definitely has some unexpected flows, I wouldn't say they're very difficult. Not a classic vinyasa class.

Overall I enjoyed this flow, it didn't really feel strong on the backhanding tho. Also I'm not sure how many people have access to 3 yoga blocks.

Great class for working on balance and transitions. Thoughtful, slow steady pace. I would retitle it Core and Balance. Will definitely add to my repertoire during #stayathome.

I enjoy a steady pace which allows me to feel the pose and challenge myself. Definitely a lot of core, but I added my own backbends at the end.

Unfortunately this practice didn't work for me. It's excruciatingly slow with way too much talking and does't do anything to warm up the muscles before asking them to hold poses for a long time and go through challenging sequences. I came out of it feeling 'congested' . Sorry :(

I love Laura, she is great at explaining each pose and movement so we can get it right and feel the full benefits. I hope to see more of her classes here.

What a great stabilizing 51 minutes, it was a little hard for me, however, I hung in there and I feel great. I will keep working on this one. Thank you

Starts out simple, gets tricky. Thanks for an intelligent fun way to approach Warrior III, one of my most challenging postures.
