This is surely a level 3 practice , fast paced practice with a great warm up with many sun salutations. I love the challenge and I am in love with Jesse´s way of teaching. Keep it up lady. Thanks a lot.
Loved this it was extremely challenging but once your done you feel light, cleaned out, and amazing..just an absolutely great class a definite must..jesse your an amazing instructor looking forward to practicing with you more!!

I enjoyed the short core section--but I felt the flow was overall lacking in standing poses. Nothing in second warrior (including triangle, reverse, etc).
Challenging from beginning to end. Loved both the flow and the focus on individual poses.
I love the standing balance poses, and the short core section is challenging. This might be the most difficult Jesse class for me.
