This was a pleasant practice, although other than the handstand it didn't feel like a level 2 practice. Very healing for my back, though I did not break a sweat and that was my goal this morning. This is not a flow class.
Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed the class! And Sarah is a lovely teacher. Just misleading in how it was placed on the website.
