Breathe and Movement routine that is my go-to almost every morning. Once your get your breathing in synch, you get the point to the workouts. Pause the each movement an extra 20-30 seconds if you have time and your day is set.

Nothing about Vytas yoga is ever easy for me and this holds true for this 20 minute class as well. It is very well rounded, no vinyasas though:(. He does challenging sequences focusing on upper body then an active leg interlude and back to the same arm sequence . He also does a similar chair sequence which leaves you feeling warm plus finishes with core work. Lots of work in 20 minutes!
