Surprise yourself with just how much you can get done in a quick twenty minute yoga practice. Recommended props: 1 block
Can't wait for #5! Thank you Vytas and YogaWorks.
I'm loving this series and this was my favorite class so far. Quick, energizing and strong! Thank you, Vytas.
As much as I love Vytas, I agree with some comments below that some of his remarks to this lady were a bit troubling. Not so much what he said as his tone of voice as he said them, which might prevent me from replaying this one. This is the first time I've across this in a Vytas video, so I hope it was just a bad day.
I love the variety in this series. Vytas fits a lot in - I like the variations of tree side planks and opposing limb lifts. It's all good!
After 7 months of doing Vytas' "Don't Have The Time" practices, I can tell I have gained so much strength and am now confident to tackle Level 3 Vytas classes. Keep at it and you will gain strength, stamina, and focus!
Love this - I’m taking it in as self motivation.
This is a pretty strong short class with tree pose and side plank-tree pose variations, some core work and back strengthening; longer holds in each pose to build intensity.
Even though it's only 20 minutes, you leave feeling you've accomplished some quality yoga for the day. Vytas is fantastic, i love his classes!
This is a thorough, thoughtfully crafted workout. It's also a mindful, if mobile, flow. Focus and pacing allow for new discoveries to be made in familiar poses. Vytas' style is practical, positive, and straightforward. There's no coddling or cooing, but plenty of support and encouragement to do your best, challenge yourself, and be safe.
I do yoga for a workout. My heart reset is up and I'm getting stronger! I loveVytasclasses!
I've been going through the "Don't have the time" series and this video is one of the best! Thanks Vytas.
...Is a bit of a pompous jerk. I found he had a good variety of semi-challenging poses, which did help me feel better and more energized, but I felt like he was being pretty arrogant to the lady.
Ugh, agree. He says "it's not a performance" and yet is judging every single thing she does. Not cool.
This was tough! So fun to find my balance and coordination are so much better after working out and doing yoga practice for the last year. Still much room for improvement but with this practice I can see I've come so far. Thanks, Vytas!
Great poses and variety
Tough 20 minutes with some flow and holds that strengthen and stretch.
A second class inspired by those days when you might not have time for a full practice but still want to get on your mat. Recommended props: 1 block
