This is a pretty strong short class with tree pose and side plank-tree pose variations, some core work and back strengthening; longer holds in each pose to build intensity.

Even though it's only 20 minutes, you leave feeling you've accomplished some quality yoga for the day. Vytas is fantastic, i love his classes!

This is a thorough, thoughtfully crafted workout. It's also a mindful, if mobile, flow. Focus and pacing allow for new discoveries to be made in familiar poses. Vytas' style is practical, positive, and straightforward. There's no coddling or cooing, but plenty of support and encouragement to do your best, challenge yourself, and be safe.

...Is a bit of a pompous jerk. I found he had a good variety of semi-challenging poses, which did help me feel better and more energized, but I felt like he was being pretty arrogant to the lady.
