Nothing special about this class. I was distracted by hearing him refer to the two women as "girls." Another commenter suggested that we "extend a little grace" because people come from different backgrounds. Nope. The instructor just needed to be educated. By this time (18 months later), I'm sure he is more aware of his language.

LOVE this class. It was challenging and strengthening. Regarding all the comments on Vytas' remarks during his classes, shouldn't we, as people who believe in yoga, try to extend alittle grace? So he calls the women "girls". If you notice, you uses the expression, "you guys". I really don't think he is intentionally trying to be condenscending or obnoxious. People are raised in different areas of the world, come from different backgrounds and experiences in their lifetime. As a former New Yorker, I have certain expressions I say that mean no harm but can be misinterpreted by say, someone from the Midwest. Great class Vytas! Namaste
I am 8 weeks post-natal, and have limited opportunity between work and my baby’s naps for me-time. Vytas’ 20-ish minute sequences are perfect for fitting in a thorough, effective yoga practice in those short windows.

So awesome! Vytas is very motivating but makes it fun! Killer workout for your legs and also hip opening... so great :-) I'll be doing this one again.
I did not like this class at all, I prefer when there is more of a flow to a practice. It just didn't feel like a yoga class to me. I also didn't appreciate Vytas calling the women "girls" the entire time.
Plenty of people clearly enjoyed the class, so I think it just isn't my style.

He is a great instructor and his voice never fails to relax. Highly recommend the don't have the time series.

If you like malasana and have been working on opening your hips, this is a excellent class to continue that work when you are short on time. Rather than being fast paced (i was a little nervous) it is a well thought out flow that incorporates abs, legs, and a little bit of arm balancing. My only little complaint was the sound is low which made it difficult to hear when the postures changed.
This short class had my legs shaking! Short but hard:) Vytas makes the most out of 20 minutes and always gets you to build strength!
Loved this little class! I worked up a sweat and am sore from practice yesterday but this hit the spot.
I did this one yesterday and WOW! Do I feel my thighs this morning. Great workout. I love the whole "don't have time" series and I hope Vytas does more. I never have time but these have helped me develop an everyday yoga practice at last.
I have to agree with the other posters (from the other videos), I'd appreciate if Vytas didn't call these two grown women "girls" or learned their names like so many of the other teachers. I love Vytas' classes -- this one is great -- but it would be better if it didn't make me cringe.
