Work on eka pada bakasana, or one legged crow pose, and remember that it doesn't matter if you get into the final arm balance as long as you have fun along the way!

This was challenging. I am not able to get into titibasana but the entire class works toward that pose. Long holds and much upper body work is done....this practice will strengthen you!! Alex...youre one of the best!! Thank you and I hope you post more full length classes.
