Great strong flow
There's too much talking in this class, I wish I know this before starting it. Sentences like "it's more difficult than talking to your insurance company over the phone" are not necessary for a yoga practice.

Short but solid
For only being 53 minutes, this practice has virtually EVERYTHING. It's strong, vigorous, nonstop, and delicious. I don't know how you do it, Jesse, but I LOVE it! I added a few more backbends and it was perfection. Highly recommend. Namaste.
Didn’t make it even through the first 8 mins of the class, her tone and voice just sounded like a school teacher who’s lecturing you. Definitely a style that works for others, not me. Alignment cues were great but it was just not a teaching style that I enjoyed.
As Jesse said, this sequence is really challeging but I could managet to finish it without stopping. Great class and I love your hard classes Jesse. Keep inspiring!
