Fun sequence. LOVED opening in shavasana with blocks under the shoulders and head. Made me feel like I was back at the studio. Particularly appreciated Patti's helpful insights into final pose of Urdhu Danurasana. Even if you've done that pose a zillion times, SO helpful to hear Patti's cues.
