I usually dont get distracted by talk but this class is a non stop continually talking class, i literally had to stop! surprised how a level 3 classes can be guide by so much instructions! pretty basic and too much talk!

Great all around class - sweaty, strong, and stretchy. My one point of constructive feedback here is that the teacher provides intense, near-constant cues, to the point that it's hard to process all that is being said. The tone is a bit kindergarten teacher-ish as well (complete with 'please' and 'thank you'). Her cadence kind of relaxes and becomes more natural at the end. :)

loved the series, the postures, the length of the holds...in a level 3 class, however, part of the work is to clear the noise, to work hard in silence--once in a pose, we don't need constant nattering throughout it...jesse spoke of quieting, how less is more...totally agree..so please give us a place to BE that is empty so that we can feel the pose without the tension of being talked at. i wish this could be re-recorded with 1/2 the talk so we can learn to keep ourselves strong, contained and quiet...again...LOVED the sequencing and length of poses...worked hard!

Fantastic instruction. Jesse is neither wasteful nor rushed in her direction, and it truly felt natural. The cues were helpful, and this was a very strong flow which allowed me to get lost in the movements and the holds. I will be coming back to this time and time again. Thank you!

Great class if you are interested in a challenging skill level with lots of instruction. A few moments of silence would have been appreciated. Lot's of breath awareness. Once on the ground, some core, a twist and a hip opener finish this practice.
Also, it would be nice to have silence after 'namaste' for those that chose not to leave savasana.
All in all, a nice go to for a quick hour practice. Thank you!

Ive been a follower of Jesses level 3 classes. I love how she teaches - direct and challenging, but with a focus on the breath that helps you bring it back. Her classes are quick paced and keep it interesting - even on those days where you just want to quit, she somehow keeps you moving through the full class. Good, strong class.
