A beautiful sequence to start the day. Even though it is a beginner's class, there are just enough challenging poses for those who have been practice for a while.
Excellent! Challenging for a beginner new to yoga (but who is very strong and athletic), but not so hard that I felt discouraged. Great progression from Fit Beginners #1. Loved it! So happy with the on-line content here!

This class is great whenever you have a bit of time for a quick pick-me-up that will energize your day.
