I loved this class. The teacher has a soothing voice and calming manner. The class was well sequenced and really felt great in my body. And while the pace is level one, both chaturanga and upward facing dog are part of the sequencing with no instruction or substitutions offered for beginners. So just know if you are truly a beginner you might be a little lost during flow. Great class though, will definitely be doing again!
