Thank you, once again. This was an amazing class. Normally I have difficulty getting to dolphin, and with the preparation I almost snapped into it. Same goes for the eagle, and other poses, the transitions worked very well. Also in the last sitting pose with the block under one side and foot onto the other foot, it was a good pressure/release at the back of feet.
