What a great way to begin the day. It was a great class and Melanie's instructions/guidance are so clear I can do the class with my eyes closed the entire time. Very relaxing and what I needed this morning. Will definitely take more of her classes this week.

This is a great practice to do in the AM. All the stretches really awaken the muscles and the few salutations built a little bit of heat, but nothing major... Melanie made a simple note about relaxing the neck in warrior 2 and I found that helped me a lot. Thank you Melanie =D

When my pelvic pain is too much and I can feel my whole body starting to tense, this is my go-to flow. I just turn the lights down and light a few candles in my yoga room and when I am done with this flow I can get back to my day!!
