This is a great class for hamstring stretch. Her voice is soothing, and it is definitely a calming class. However, nothing about this is a level 2. This should be considered a beginner or even an introductory stretch class. Not categorized as a Level 2 Vinyasa class.

These stretched take patient and focus even though they are fairly easy. Listen to directions, close eyes and go inside. Great practice after an outdoor walk, jog, or run. Thank you Lakshmi.
I had high hopes after reading the previous reviews for this class but this practice didn't do anything for me. Also had trouble following along with some miscues.

I really enjoyed the class... the movements and the info. But it took a really long time to get into each pose especially for a level 2 class.

I'm amazed by the effectiveness of this class in just 20 minutes. My chest and heart feel very open, my spine has got more space, and my hamstrings have never before been willing to stretch like that. I did this one in PJs, so very happily tucking in now - with a quiet mind. Thanks Lakshmi!
