Shoulders are my problem area so I'm gradually making my way through all the shoulder-focused classes. This one stands out (in a great way!) from most. Love how Lakshmi incorporates the chair. I can see how doing this class before another would really improve my practice.

I recently had a baby and my arms have been going numb, I'm guessing from tight neck and shoulders squeezing the nerves. This is a quick, simple, and helpful class on its own, and also a great warm-up for the shoulders before other classes.
