AMAZING CLASS - 90 min YW classic vinyasa flow class. Intelligent sequencing, experienced and intelligent instructor, and enough time to learn/explore the poses.

YW built its’ foundation on providing classes like this –educational, comprehensive, creative classes taught by knowledgeable and bright teachers. As a result, YW helped to develop many practitioners with a life-long commitment to the practice and ultimately what set YW above all the other studios.

I hope YW continues to honor its commitment to this practice as well. PLEASE add more teachers like Papo, and more full-length 90 minute classes. The shorter 45, 60 min classes, with the Instagram focus, are available everywhere, and ultimately make YW no different than CorePower and all the other local studios. Please stay smart YW

LET ME COUNT THE WAYS! This class is what myyogaworks was missing. Simply put. It has everything, I wanted for nothing, and I RARELY feel like there wasn't a little something missing. A divinely articulated, cleverly sequenced 90 minute practice that I will surely return to often. Such a treat to experience Papo as an instructor, too, after maaaaany years of practicing "with" him as a Jesse Schein devotee. This class is the best 90 minute practice available on this platform and is truly of an elevated calibre.

I loved Papo's vibe and the way in which my body opened up as a result. For a level 2/3, i felt like there were some missed opportunities to add handstands (from standing splits) as well as bird of paradise and eka pada koundinyasana from bound side angle. The beauty of a home practice is that I was able to add them myself, but he could have also given those as verbal options. Overall, i thoroughly enjoyed this class.

What a lovely treat to have a 90 min class that's thoughtful, challenging, and fun. Great cues and sequencing and the pace is perfect - never felt rushed, and there's a little bit of (almost) everything. Twists, balancing, hanumanasana, arm balancing for those inclined, and the "beloved forearm plank." This is the energy we need right now, everywhere. More 90 minute classes, please and thank you, Papo!

This practice starts off very nicely with lots of calm and slow opening postures and then it starts to flow and transition into several challenging sequences. The poses aren't unusual however the way they are combined requires a lot of focus and strength, particularly the core section in the middle. Papo's guidance is clam, never rushed, very present and focused and helped me to 'stay with it'. I really feel like every part of my body has been addressed and 'worked'.
