Good flow. Level 2 with a good amount of instruction, which I found to be useful reminders of correct alignment. Little bit of everything in this class!
Unsure if fun is the word I would use to describe this challenging class, but it was definitely good! Also think this is better classified as a 2.5 - pretty challenging!
Alexandria is one of my favorites on the site; however, this was a bit too overly instructed. I sometimes don't think instructors realize how distracting it can be. If this was a foundation glass for intermediate practice I would totally understand it. But I think for level 2 we understand the major fundamentals. Again, the flow was really good.
Slower flow with lots of explanation/corrections
Another one for my favorites - add an inversion and some core and this is a complete class...just perfect!!! Its shorter but challenging enough to feel you have a proper workout. Alex - if you could post some 1+ hour classes.....wed be so grateful!!!
This is a great intermediate level class thats under one hour long. Perfect for an evening practice after a long day or anytime really as a great pick me up.
