I usually do level 3 classes and I find this class great for a day when you're back is hurting, you're tired but you want to do some core stability.

I really liked this class but I felt as if the talking was too fast and I didn't have enough time in each movement. It would of been nice for my personal preference if there was a little more time in each pose and a little more time in each set.

a good solid pilates class but there is definitely an editing error where you end up doing the single leg circle and rolling like a ball series twice.

This is a great workout and I'm happy to see some pilates options on the site! I've done the video a few times and I think there are some small editing mistakes (for the first set of legs in the air, you don't reverse the circle on the right side, but you do on the left?). Nothing that really detracts from the pilates practice, but I find myself pausing the video to even out on some of the exercises.
