Directions slower would make it way better. Definitely helped when I could see the tablet as opposed to hear the directions. But hard to see with a stiff neck

This sequence was lovely. I would even do it after another class where there isn't a savasana. I find especially with practicing at home it is hard to relax into savasana. Olivia guides you into total relaxation in a very soothing way.
Great instruction, gentle stretches to relieve neck pain for any level. Got a lot of shoulder stretch in there, too :-)

This class is short and sweet and delivers far more to you in both stretch and deep relaxation than it would seem at first glance, especially in being focused on one apparent body part — the neck. In truth it provides physical release and emotional restoration to the neck and well beyond, to deep within the whole body and being. Well done!

Chose the 24 minute Stiff Neck, ahead of the 22 min Low Back Sequence, to prepare a little more; felt some of the benefit of the morning practice in the stability in my feet and ankles! Practice 3 - (Having some issue with creating playlist, hopefully it will work out)
