Doesn't feel like a 20 minute class. There's a lot here but Patti doesn't rush it. Great for working out the kinks -- especially after work!
I just loved this. Often vinyasa videos under 30 minutes feel like you left something out but this one is great and feels like a short, full body workout. Will definitely return to this one over and over.
