Great way to open up and energize at any point in the day.

I love your instruction and how you remind us of common mistakes (knee falling to the side, forehead scrunching up, etc.). Thank you

I wouldn't call this beginner. There are moves that I could never do as a beginner. Maybe I'm too tight, but she needs to offer alternative moves.

I wish I could do this, but I guess I'm sub-beginner! I don't understand the upward dog/low cobra. Those are two things, but it sounds like the instructor says only your hands and feet should be on the floor. It doesn't appear that way....

so glad I got up half an hour early, before my son woke up and my work day to do this practice. Feeling strong and clear as promised.

This is going to be my go to morning routine. I absolutely loved this session and what it has to offer. Melanie gave great instructions so I was able to better my pose and get my strength in certain areas. THANK YOU =D

Great well rounded sequence! You can even do it when your energy level isnt at 100%.

Perfect morning pick me up! I liked Melanie a lot. Calming, encouraging. I modified with vinyasas to get my heart rate going a bit more and added an extra push up here and there for strength. But the sequence worked great for that.

Great way to start the day. Perfect time for a class. Modifications allow those who are a bit more advanced to still get an excellent workout.

Slow and strong. A sequence that effectively combines breath, leg, ab and arm work. It could be made into a level two by adding more vinyasas and not modifying the poses. Looking forward to doing it again.
