Loved this practice so much! By using the wall, I felt very different aspects of each of the poses that I do everyday. My body feels so wonderfully stretched out after this class. Will definitely be coming back to this one!

This felt a bit like a workshop and was helpful in finding proper alignment in poses that we do in every class. While it was challenging, the pacing made it work for me.
