Play with opening your heart chakra so you can feel light and centered. Recommended props: 2 blocks
A good short class. The tempo is quite usual for the flow practice, so I understand the comments about it being too fast for practitioners who expected a level 1. The benefits are felt, definitely.
I loved this class. Definitely saving it as one of my go-tos. Loved your message.
I liked the concept for Heart Openers but the poses were repetitious and moved to quickly for me personally
I enjoyed the poses in this class but felt it moved a bit too quickly for me personally so I stopped after 8 minutes.
Great class at lunch time, still working from home.
Great class and perfect for lunch hour.
This was such a great class, thank you!
This class feels like it's being played at 1.25 or 1.5x. Definitely should be slowed down.
Thanks Davina for sharing a class that was EXACTLY what i needed! with only a little bit of time, we got some heat building, and some thoughtful heart opening. i'll be back to repeat this one & good to "see" you again from back in the daaaay in houston!
This felt like it was missing some transitions (flat back in sun salutations etc) and so it was difficult to be as intentional as you'd want to be in opening up the body.
This was a nice class to start my day to, thank you!
I used to practiced with Davina in Houston and she remains one of my favorite instructors. Very excited to see her videos on the site! Would love to see more!
This was more of a regular vinyasa class. Not particularly interesting for heart opening sequences.
