This is the class for you! I set my Apple Watch to "Yoga", but it kept asking if I wanted to dismiss that workout in the first few minutes (twice!). I think it's because my heart rate increased so fast, it didn't think I was doing yoga! My HR got up to 160 bpm...great workout! I had to modify some of it because I had meniscus surgery in November, but it was easy to do. My one recommendation would be go on your tip-toes when taking out the jump on that squats (not just flat footed). Thanks Vytas!!!

I loved this workout with Vytas! Hit the whole body with cardio and stretching all in 30 minutes. My favorite instructor for motivating me.

The workout was not very challenging so I ended up grabbing my kettle bells and dumbbells for the sets and started over. Also, it's bad for your knees if you have issues - there's a lot of jumping. You can modify with squats, lunges, and mountain climbers (instead of running). I found it annoying that the instructor sounded so annoyed as he shouted out "C'mon, let's go" with almost every set. The only good thing about this workout was that sets were timed. I think this could've been improved with music or a more positive spin on instruction (e.g. focussing on the movements, benefits and breathing).

I LOVED this workout. I do a lot of Vytas's yoga videos and this is such an excellent compliment to them! Perfect for the days when you have energy and want to work hard. The yoga postures in between the intervals was a great way to rest and focus. Much better than the typical HIIT videos that you find on YouTube. Vytas really helps to motivate and encourage you to keep going, while reminding you to always listen to your body and back off if you need to. Please more videos like this!
