I kept checking the time because this class is really long and hard. It is tough but soo deep...I cried in between because working on hips is really tension relising. Amazing practice David. A great class.

This class is pretty slow moving but really helps with alignment and positioning as a result. I finished feeling strong, stretched and really relaxed. Thank you for such a well balanced class!
