Spent the day walking all over the city of London as a tourist and needed a quick hip sequence that wasnt too heat building just before bed. This sequence did the trick!
Went hiking this weekend and my hips/hamstrings were feeling very tight this morning. Ill definitely do this sequence again - no flowing but a series of gentle hip openers. Felt great.
