Wonderful, creative break from the norm. I especially enjoyed the opening sequence of malasana/forward fold.

This is not a level 3, but I loved the long holds and surya C focus. Peak poses were bakasana and headstand 2 with badakonasana. And don't worry, you'll still get your core with the ubiquitous knee to elbow, and navasana. It was a nice change of pace from the many redundant classes on MYW.

So many of my least favorite poses in this class. I guess that means I have to do it more often

I like Calvin’s calm demeanor and clear cues. However, I don’t find the class to be advanced, peak pose is crow. It’s also more hatha style than vinyasa where the poses are held for a while.

No other asana practices ever bring quite the unique, creative force that Calvin seems to always offer. I truly appreciate this quality in his instruction. Honestly, coming from a serious sun salutation LOVER, I never really anticipated turning on this class. But after a lot more sitting than I'm used to, and some seriously low energy recovering from surgery, this was exactly what my body needed. Definitely recommend.

I thought this would be a good one to open up my tight hips but I found several poses painful or too long. Maybe something to come back to - I leave this comment not to be negative but to warn anyone else who may be wondering if this class is for them.

Calvin has done it once again with a sweet, unique little flow that will make your hips sing a happy song. I, too, sit a lot at my job and this is a perfect way to stretch and strengthen. I really liked the different poses and transitions. Thank you Calvin! You're a peach!

I appreciate that you combine a challenging sequence with a mindful pace. Specifically I never once felt rushed into keeping up. This gave me the opportunity to practice and experiment with what you teach without sacrificing proper body mechanics. Thank you!

As a runner I found this class great for strengthening and stretching the stabilisation muscles around the hips. I love how there's the option to add in a few vinyasas too. A great class, simple yet effective. I will be coming back to this one regularly. Thanks Calvin! From Australia

That was a nice end of the week practice, after spending a few days sitting. The pace was relaxed, but it was still a good challenge.
