Really enjoyed this class because I never knew what we were going to do. It was not the same old flow class, and I built some heat too. It was not too easy and not too hard. Just perfect for a 30 min class.
Such a fun and challenging practice. First time doing it (and as a morning practice) and I feel energized to take on the day. Creative flow and take on poses - thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll definitely be doing this class again.
Hadn’t done a practice in a few days and I could feel it. This was a great flow. Hitting all the areas that needed attention, which for me are hips and thighs. Will definitely come back to this one.
Lovely flow with creative sequencing. A nice change from the normal emphasis on sun salutations for days when you want something a bit different. I'll return to this one.

I loved this class, the flow was great and I love Denelle. She has a calming voice and explains things simply. 35 minutes flew by, I will definitely be adding to my go-to list
I found myself not wanting this class to end, wish it were longer than 34 minutes because it was so lovely. That said, Denelle packs a lot in during that short period of time. Will be adding to my favorites!

Loved this flow. Wonderful cues, found myself doing the entire practice with my eyes closed. Felt great afterward too. Will come back to this one often.

I was fine following the teacher's instructions but every time I would look at her demonstrators they were always about 15 seconds behind her instructions. I found it very distracting, especially because I look to the ones doing the moves onscreen to check my form. I had to cut this one short.
This really kept me moving. I need to work on my crow pose! This kept me attentive and focused- nice cues. Thank you
I really liked this. I found the crow instructions extremely helpful as someone who is hit and miss with this. Been doing yoga virtually every day of quarantine and was nice to have something a little different - not based on sun salutations.

There were many issues with this flow. I highly recommend you look for a different session.
I really enjoyed the different approach here--not a bunch of sun salutes, lots of hip opening and grounding work and finally flying with the crow. Denelle is a wonderful teacher!
I'm not sure why, but it seems like so many classes on this site have really bad backlighting from windows and the sound is really poor. What happened to the quality of online classes from years back?
Great instruction, easy to follow, agree about the lighting but didn't really need to sneak a peek more than a couple of times due to the instructor's fantastic cues. A few chances to practice crow were unexpected but welcomed. One of my fave flows on this site so far!
Not a very flowing flow. Hard to follow.
This was the perfect pace for me. I snuck in some pigeon somewhere in there... thanks for a good class.

This flow was different and I would say it’s maybe beginning level two. It’s not very challenging and doesn’t really flow. It has a lot of crow so if you’re working on crow this is a good class. If your looking for something challenging and hoping to sweat, this isn’t the class for you.
I really loved this class and Denelle's instructions for the crow pose were spot on. I have been practicing Yoga for a few years now and my core has started getting stronger and today was the first time that I could get both of my legs up in the crow pose as I followed Denelle's instructions. Namaste!
Lovely class. Brighter lighting would be only recommendations.
Added this to my favorites. Nicely paced flow and breathing. The instructor has just the right balance of instruction. Video didn't bother me as the instruction was enough not to have to look at the screen. Thankyou
This was a nice class, but the video quality was terrible. The backlighting makes everyone fuzzy and hard to see.
Agreed ! The bright backlighting "windows" make it so hard to see the 2 yogis.

This class was unique and fun to do. The pace was brisk but not rushed. And blessedly this instructor did NOT offer every cue known to yoga for every pose, which made it much less rigid and much more enjoyable!
I do agree with your comment, I would like to add the breathing pace was spot on for me.
Agree! This is one of my favorite practices on YogaWorks! Not the typical poses which was a nice change and just the right amount of instruction and modification for level 2.
Keep it simple and stick to the classics poses that will surely bring your energy up and get you out of a funk. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 strap
