These are the exact exercises I need to get through my yoga plateau all neatly packaged into 20 minutes! I may tack this onto a 20-30 minute run or a few sun salutations, add stretching Boom! Just like that you have a full body workout in under an hour (there's enough upper body in this that I feel I can say that).
