This felt like a true level 2 class. Very detailed instruction but not annoyingly so. Loved the balance between flow and long holds in certain postures. Great job offering variations for different levels of flexibility / strength. Heat building for most of the class nicely complimented the slower, more relaxing hip openers at the end.
