I really enjoyed Patti's sequencing of postures. I was looking for a little more heat building on this cold morning so I paused the video and added in two more Sun Bs and some additional balancing. These added flows and Patti's soothing voice prepared me to settle into a very restful savasana. Thank you, Patti!

It's difficult to explain but I am drawn to her classes because they seem to strengthen in a feminine style. I was not surprised that she does a lot of prenatal work. I feel energized, strong, and balanced after her class and also like the short detox flow.

I love Patti's class, I've had the opportunity to study a 200 hour training and a Prenatal workshop with her, she is an amazing teacher. This video is great to build muscle strength.
