Good shoulder opening, but not the class if your lower back is tender. Also I would've preferred a chavasana over the equanimity story.
Clear, intentional cues with great focus on shoulder positions and opening through warrior poses and bends. Nice lead-in to inversions, and well-timed class, Not a typical vinyasa- cues for moving more slowly and deliberately to better benefit with less automated movement. Would love a longer class with this teacher!
