Truly not a second is wasted. This is definitely one of Jesse's harder practices, and it always blows me away how much she packs into her 60 min or less sequences, without it feeling rushed or forced. Soooo much movement and yet still long holds! Magic. One of my favorites. I wish she was still producing classes!!! Bring Jesse back!
I really love Jesses classes and have done most of them here, this was one of the hardest, I will return to this one a lot. My only piece of feedback, Jesse mentions a lot during Shavasana that its a time to quiet the mind yet she talks the entire time. This is the only challenge I have with her as an instructor, its very distracting when its time for us to go inward. I will turn off the volume for this portion from now on, otherwise excellent. Thank you Jesse.

This is one of Jesse's most challenging I thought. Great sequencing. I'm still working on the crocodile jumps and by that time of the practice I was too exhausted to try. I'll be trying this one again. Really great class.
I enjoyed the intensity and the challenge. Would love to see more 90 minute cases like this!
I love Jesses classes! I feel so good afterwards and her quips make me laugh. The difficulties in the postures truly help me take it off the mat and apply it to life, plus keep me in great shape.
