King pigeon has always been a challenging pose for me, but after going through the sequence I was surprised how deep I was able to go! I can't do the full pose, but I could follow quite easily through the second version she showed. Pleasantly surprised I could even do that and it felt pretty good! This one is one I would do again!

Agreed. Delicious class but a lot of instruction and gets quite choppy at the peak pose, more level 2 than 3. So yummy though, Patti is wonderful.

I loved your sequence! It has gotten me into my deepest eka pada raja kapotanasana to date. I can already turn my first elbow up to the ceiling and still hold on to the foot, which almost touched my head! Now I need to work on getting the other arm to reach over and hold on to the foot. Any tips on this? Your instructions and tips were brilliant!

I loved the sequencing, but for poses which were done on both sides, it was noticeable how much longer the first side was held vs the second side. Nevertheless, I thought it was an excellent class and one I will revisit. Thanks!
